Attorney Stephen Goldman recently obtained a $1,000,000 award for a gentleman who was involved in a motor vehicle accident. The other driver, an uninsured motorist, attempted to make a u-turn in the middle of the road and struck the right front of the vehicle driven by the plaintiff.
The plaintiff suffered extensive injuries and ultimately underwent surgery. He is permanently disabled, and can no longer engage in work or most physical activities.
After a three-day trial, the plaintiff was awarded one million dollars in damages.
