NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, presents the award to practitioners known for their exemplary work and to honor “individuals who have made outstanding contributions to improving the lives of people affected by mental illness and emotional disorders.”
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has been providing services to adoptive families, birth mothers, and foster families for over 25 years.
